- Developing the data & AI strategy to reduce manual work, accelerate customer processes, and make operations future-ready. Implementing this data & AI strategy in a structured manner and with the right business priorities and considerations towards the goal
- Identifying opportunities within existing customer processes to replace manual work with AI, and being willing to make bold moves in doing so
- Ensuring the development and training of the data & AI team and other colleagues within Income Group Disabilityto be able to identify the possibilities of AI
- (Further) implementing and developing AI models to make other processes more efficient throughout the organization
- Alignment with and among various stakeholders within and outside of NN Group Disability, from IT to Operations and Product Management

Wat je meebrengt
- A university degree/Master's degree, preferably in: Econometrics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar STEM studies
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in leadership/project management in a technical role related to the business (such as data lead, data translator, business consultant/analyst, product owner)
- Affinity with data technologies and tools, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI, Java, etc.
- Knowledge of data architecture, data models, and data concepts and experience with analytics and basic programming skills (visualization tools, analytics tools, statistical modeling, machine learning)
- Strong analytical skills, demonstrated through relevant experience

As data lead you will become part of the Regie, Change & Data team within NN Group disability. This team is at the heart of Income services and responsible for the changes, improvements and large programs, and consists out of project managers, chain managers, business process specialists, Data scientists, full stackers, Workforce management and portfolio management (+/- 22 fte). It is a team with very experienced colleagues and young ambitions one, create a dynamic, inclusive and fun environment.
A dedicated cluster within this team will be formed, the Data & AI cluster, including all capabilities to deliver successfully on the new data & AI strategy. In addition you will work together with colleagues of other departments like; IT, compliance, Legal, Customer & Digitalization, Expert Centre, to deliver excellent results.
