Your job
As IT Engineer with an in-depth understanding of the Swift Alliance software suite, you will be part of the ABN AMRO Amsterdam-based Swift DevOps team.
Your activities include:
• Participating in changes and new initiatives
• Providing user management and support
• Aligning with users and stakeholders
• Incident and Problem management
• Continuously improving security
• Stand-by shifts and participating in changes outside of business hours
Your profile
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience working in the financial industry, preferably with a bank.
- You have good understanding and hands-on experience of the Swift Alliance software suite and in-depth knowledge concerning the various Swift services.
- You are proficient working in an ITIL environment, i.e. incident, change and problem management.
- You understand the security aspects and risks involved in the Swift environment.
- You have experience with tools like Azure Boards, ServiceNow and Confluence.
