
Lead Consultant Organisation Development
About the role
Initially a 12-month fixed-term part-time (3 or 4 days per week) contract role, the Lead Consultant Organisation Development is responsible for developing and implementing people solutions that bring to life the Rabobank Culture and deliver on Rabobank’s strategy in Australia and New Zealand.
As a member of the Human Resources Organisational Development Team, and working closely with the global HR community and broader ANZ regional HR team, the key priorities for the term of the assignment include:
- Review, refresh and deliver the regional and Australian onboarding experience.
- Using inputs from strategic workforce planning and/or conduct a learning needs analysis to identify the core capability gaps across the region and learning solutions to address including learning pathways – with a focus on leveraging Rabo Academy and Precipio Learning in the first instance.
- Review and enhance the tools and resources to equip and empower our people to take ownership of and drive their career development and growth – including leveraging the global Rabo Academy, Percipio online learning library.
- Provide input and support the development of a wellbeing plan
- Promote core learning activities and supporting tools to drive awareness and engagement by employees and people leaders.
Design, Development and Delivery of People Initiatives
- Gather information and data to understand the current state, organisational context, challenges and opportunities, and bringing an understanding of the external market.
- Engaging and working with stakeholders within HR and the business.
- Design and develop people initiatives within the Rabobank context and that are focused on simplicity, having impact and creating a positive people experience.
- Implement people initiatives and embed into day to day operations.
- Represent the region in global forums and working groups as appropriate.
Contribute and work as a member of the OD team
- Provide backup coverage for the administration of Workday Learning and rollout of Required Learning as required.
- Lead and/or support the rollout of Global initiatives in region.
- Contribute to people initiatives across the Organisational Development Team and the broader regional HR team.
- Ensure on time completion of all learning related risk and compliance activities.
- Contribute to management reporting.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in a broad organisation development role preferable in a large corporate/global or complex environment.
- Experience developing and implementing people initiatives in partnership with stakeholders.
- Proven track record in the delivering projects on time and in line with budget.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting and influencing skills.
- Strong planning, organisational and project management skills.
- Results driven, demonstrating initiative, drive and ownership for outcomes.
- Ability to analyse and present data in an insightful and concise manner, for a wide range of stakeholders with requisite attention to detail.
- Ability to work to multiple deadlines with a focus on high quality outcomes.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills across all levels of seniority/experience.
