Sr. Manager Data & AI
We help our clients innovate and use the latest data and AI technology. The Data & AI team consists of 30 data experts (data scientists, analysts and consultants) who work closely together with the 30 data engineers in our Technology team and another 20 data scientists at IG&H’s sister companies. The team delivers data science and analytical projects and has realized more than 40 (Gen)AI projects in the last two years for our clients in Retail, Financial Services and Health.
As Senior Manager Data & AI at IG&H, you lead Data & AI projects and carry responsibility for delivery of business changing insights, creating data-driven organizations and developing (Gen)AI solutions. Moreover, you will establish new relationships with customers to help grow our business. In order to accomplish this, you need to have broad experience with data related topics (analytics, data science, data engineering, artificial intelligence, etc.) and sharp business insights. You will communicate on both the technical and business level and translate client issues into correct data questions and solutions. As an inspiring thought leader, you transfer your enthusiasm and experience to colleagues in the Data & AI Team and to our sector and competence teams.
Furthermore, as a Senior Manager Data & AI at IG&H, you are responsible for:
- Actively driving business development at existing and new customers
- Identifying the needs of existing and new customers and translating them to our Data & AI propositions
- The delivery of Data & AI projects at our clients, with stakeholder management at C-level
- Inspiring internal stakeholders on the latest trends and developments in the field of Data & AI
- Building relationships and identifying opportunities that benefit our knowledge in other areas by collaborating with our colleagues across multidisciplinary teams
- Stimulating and supporting the development of junior data scientists, data analysts and data consultants in our team .
What you bring:
- Commercial eagerness, mindset and focus
- 8+ years of relevant working experience at (among others) management consultancy firms, other professional services firms, and/or corporate data & AI teams
- A passion for Data & AI and the capability to translate business needs into impactful solutions
- Drive to work in a fast-changing and high-demand, innovative environment
- MSc degree, preferably in a technical field: e.g. Data Science, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Econometrics
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
